Release notes – Lobster Data Platform 26.3.7
Release date: 2026-09-23
New Features & Improvements
LDP-8981
The channel selector in the System email settings now shows active channels only.
LDP-8928
The AS2 Bridge Service has been improved so that invalid rules in Bridge Inbound no longer cause stability issues. When a rule becomes invalid, it is now ignored automatically until it is valid again.
Error tooltips for service-related issues now include the date and time the error occurred, making it easier to identify when the problem last happened.
Visibility into File Routing errors has been improved. Inbound and outbound rules with problems now show a red error icon directly on the File Routing screen.
LDP-8439
Remediated a deserialization vulnerability in a third-party library that could have allowed remote class injection.
LDP-8106
A menu item for the Platform Portal is now available in the Module selector.
Bug fixes
LDP-9034
AMQP 1.0: Resolved a case of thread exhaustion that left the GUI unresponsive.
LDP-8985
Releasing a profile to the TransportManager now depends solely on the "TransportManager: mark as ready" permission, and is enforced consistently in the profile overview, the profile editor and the DataFlow views. Note that "TransportManager > Access" alone no longer grants this right — assign "TransportManager: mark as ready" to roles that need it.
LDP-8903
The "Retain time" of the Standard Log alias is now updated when a new value for "Time until log statistics are deleted" is saved in General log settings.
LDP-8891
Closed a path traversal vulnerability in file uploads.
LDP-8808
Standard Bridge driver: Aliases whose name contains a space now connect correctly, and an unreachable alias reports a clear HTTP status (for example 404). Previously, such connections failed with a "Protocol message end-group tag did not match" error.
LDP-8803
Bridge-related database connection items now pick up the new certificate ID in the database URL when the Platform certificate of the Bridge connection is updated.
LDP-8774
Resolved an issue causing redundant extraction and accumulation of temporary JAR files in the tmpIO directory.
LDP-8736
SshService: EC-based public keys are now accepted for public key authentication. Previously, roughly one key in 256 was rejected.
LDP-8713
SAP Integration: Using the SapCheckArfcsState Input agent in Phase 1 no longer results in an HTTP 511 error and a StringIndexOutOfBoundsException.
LDP-8695
All Form Variables now stay readable after being routed to a profile via the DMZ.
LDP-8605
Pathfinder SQL Assistant: The assistant now receives the database schema and generates a query. Previously, it received an empty schema and asked for table and column names instead.
Schema reads now accept both table types that drivers use for ordinary tables,
TABLEandBASE TABLE. Aliases on drivers that reportBASE TABLEpreviously resolved to no tables at all, without any error. Views, temporary and system tables are still excluded, and aliases on drivers reportingTABLEbehave exactly as before.A warning is now logged when a schema resolves to no tables even though the database contains columns, including the requested and the driver-reported table types. Previously, the empty schema was passed on silently.
The schema read no longer fails for databases whose engine does not support foreign-key metadata; the foreign-key information is omitted and a warning is logged.
LDP-8415
Unlabeled ribbon buttons no longer display the generic label when activated.
LDP-8382
Menu item names in the main navigation are now fully visible. Previously, adjacent action buttons cut off longer titles.
LDP-8306
CloudStorage: When creating a new Azure Blob channel, the Tenant field is no longer marked as mandatory for the preselected SHAREDKEY authentication method.
LDP-8282
Holodeck/AS4: Routine dependency updates and library maintenance.
LDP-8281
Logs/Errors: Assigning a user to a failed profile now shows the assigned user in the "Locked" column.
